Dear Graduands,

I am pleased to inform you that the Twenty First Convocation of the Indian Institute of Information Technology Allahabad will be held on Saturday, 12th September 2026, at 02:30 p.m. onwards. Degrees will be awarded to all eligible students of the B.Tech., M.Tech., Dual Degree, MBA and Ph.D. programmes who have successfully fulfilled the requirements of their respective programmes.

Robe Collection

All graduands are requested to collect their convocation robes before the prescribed deadline to avoid any inconvenience. Please note that only those graduands who have collected their robes and have registered a priori shall be considered enrolled for the Convocation Ceremony.

Parents and Accompanying Relatives

Parents and accompanying relatives are most welcome to attend the Institute on the occasion of the Convocation.

However, owing to the limited seating capacity of the Institute Main Auditorium, only graduands will be permitted inside the auditorium during the Convocation Ceremony.

A special arrangement will be made in a nearby Lecture Halls, where the Convocation Ceremony will be live-streamed for parents and accompanying relatives. Your cooperation in this regard is sincerely appreciated.

After the Convocation Ceremony, all graduands, parents, and accompanying relatives are cordially invited to dinner.
