Oath Certificate for Receiving the Degree in Absentia

Dear Graduands,

I am pleased to inform you that the Thirteenth Convocation of Indian Institute of Information Technology, Allahabad is scheduled on Saturday, 8th September 2018 3:00 PM. The degrees shall be awarded to all those students who have successfully completed the requirements of their respective programme till Aug 28th, 2018. All such students are required to register through this portal (including those who want to receive the degree in absentia) and submit their latest high resolution 3.5 cm x 4.5 cm photograph having white background (it will be printed on the degree) latest by 17 Hrs on 28th August 2018.

This year the institute is not going to conduct the rehearsal. All registered graduands are required to collect the convocation robes from the admin building Auditorium/Senate hall during 9 AM to 11 AM on 8th Sept 2018 by showing their photo identify proof.

Only properly attired graduands can receive the degree from the dais. The Parents/spouse/siblings may accompany the student in the convocation hall however their seating arrangement will be at different location.

All graduands are invited for the Convocation Dinner which is scheduled at 7:30 PM on Sept 8, 2018 (Just after the Convocation is over).
