Online Registration for Degree Recipient

Last date of registration to attend the convocation is over. All degree recipients must carry a photo identity card and show it to the security office at main gate of IIITA for getting temporary identify  card for attending the convocation 2015.

• The student who have not participated in the rehearsal on November 8, 2015 in the institute premises, will not get their degrees from the dias on November 9, 2015 during the convocation ceremony. However they may be allowed to sit in the Convocation hall.
• The students who have not participated in the rehearsal on November 8, 2015, they can collect the Gown from the senate hall on November 9, 2015 from 8:00 AM to 8:30 AM and they will collect their degree from the Examcell after convocation.
• Medals recipients who have not participated in the rehearsal on November 8, 2015, and want to collect their medals on dias or requested to report to Dr. Vijay Chaurasia at vijayk@iiita.ac.in by  9th November, 2015 before 8:00 AM.
