The last date of accepting modification i.e. October 25th has been passed. The degrees have been printed, thus no further modification is acceptable.

• Please follow us on tweeter and regularly visit the convocation website for the updates.
• Program & session-wise list of declared eligible students (with name in Hindi & English) for award of Degree is available at the convocation webpage.You are required to check all your details available at the above webpage. Any modification/ correction should be intimated at convocation@iiita.ac.in positively by 25 October, 2015. Please use a clear email subject and mention your FULL name, Enrollment Number and Program Code in the email.
• For receiving the degree in person
  
  
  • The fee of Rs. 1000 should be deposited by the demand draft in favor of "IIIT-Allahabad" payable at Allahabad to Assistant Registrar (Exam), Indian Institute of Information Technology, Deoghat, Jhalwa, Allahabad - 211012 OR you may deposit the CASH in Account Section, IIIT-Allahabad.i
  • ONLINE Registration Form should be submitted latest by October 31, 2015 (5:00 PM)
  • The candidate should report at exam cell during 11AM - 3PM on Nov 8th 2015, Collect the Robe by paying Rs. 500.00 as security deposit (This amount will be refunded on returning the gown) and participate in the rehearsal scheduled at 3:30 PM on November 8, 2015.
  • On Nov 9th 2015, degree from Dias shall be given only to the candidates who attend the rehearsal.
  • The degree shall not be given to any authorized representatives.
  • All degree recipients are expected to be attired formally while receiving Degree from the Dias.
  • Separate accommodation for boys and girls is available at nominal charges. For accommodation related queries, you should drop a mail to accommodation@iiita.ac.in
• Medals can be received from the Dias, only by the Medal holders.
• The needful instructions for receiving the degree in absentia (by post only) shall be announced on Nov 11th 2015.
