Dear Graduands,

I am pleased to inform you that the Eighteenth Convocation of Indian Institute of Information Technology Allahabad shall be held at 3:30 pm on Saturday, 09th September 2023 (2nd Saturday of September). The degrees shall be awarded to all such students who would have successfully completed the requirements of their respective programme till 6pm of 31st August 2023.

Registered graduands are encouraged to collect their Convocation Robes on 08/09/2023 (03:00 pm - 06:00 pm) itself, to avoid any last-minute rush on the Robes Distribution Counter. Robes distribution counter shall close sharp at 11:00 am on 09/09/2023, to mark way for the convocation day on Dais activities.

List of graduands who have collected their robes shall act as the final list of graduands present on the convocation day and the rest shall be treated as being absent. Also, therefore the Degree Certificates of all absentee graduands shall be removed from the serial order of the Degrees on the Dais. Graduands MUST ensure that they have deposited their "NO DUES CERTIFICATE".
