Dear Graduands,

I am pleased to inform you that the Twentieth Convocation of Indian Institute of Information Technology Allahabad shall be held at 2:30 pm onwards on Saturday, 13th September 2025. The degrees shall be awarded to all such students (BTech, MTech & MBA) who have successfully completed the requirements of their respective program.

For PhD scholars, the degrees shall be awarded to such students who had successfully completed the program by 31st August 2025.

Graduands who have collected their robes shall be only considered ENROLLED for the ceremony and the list of all graduands will be generated before the convocation day. The rest shall be treated as being absent. Graduands MUST ensure that they have deposited their "NO DUES CERTIFICATE" before 10th August, 2025.

Parents and other accompanying relatives are also welcome to the Institute. However, due to limited number of seats in the Institute Main Auditorium, a special facility in the nearby Lecture Hall will be arranged for Parents and other accompanying relatives to witness the Live Streaming of Convocation Event. Cooperation from Parents and other accompanying relatives is highly solicited. The parents and accompanying relatives along with Graduands are also invited for DINNER after the Convocation event.
